People are drawn to work with spiritual life coaching when they have a need for a deeper understanding of something bigger than themselves and are searching for a higher purpose and soul connection. Exploring many avenues helps us to discover our true self.
As we connect and tune into our own unique spiritual self and journey, we uncover many things, like our desires, hopes and values. Many of my clients find that when they begin to live by these it leads them to greater happiness and well-being.
For me Reiki is a valuable spiritual practice that helps align me to my purpose and brings peace, balance and grounding to my life and work. Some of my clients go on to train in Reiki with me, as they too find it very valuable as a tool for spiritual self-care, focus and ritual – but this is not a requirement when having spiritual life coaching.
Price per 60 min session £65 or 3 sessions £180

Reiki Training
I have been working with and teaching Reiki for over 20 years and for me I have always seen Reiki as my spiritual life coaching. If you are drawn to learning more and would like to train with me please contact me. I teach either one to one or in small groups for a personalised spiritual and unique experience.
