The original hot stone massage, using Mexican basalt stones heated and oiled. This treatment includes a chakra placement with crystals and stones. The stones are massaged into the body to deliver heat deep into the tissues. This gives greater benefit 10 times more than normal massage allowing deeper relaxation.

Postural Tension Release Massage
Ideal when short of time or on your lunch break to re-set the body and improve circulation and release held patterns of tension. This 30-minute release combines fascial stretching, massage, breath, trigger points, chi clearing of the body and head. Can be done through light clothes. Leave feeling energised with clear mental clarity and less pain or fatigue.
