My Wellbeing Coaching encompasses much more than just looking at your diet and fitness routines. I will take a complete holistic approach to your health and wellness and with you will look at many aspects of your life.
I believe wellbeing has its roots in a balance across key areas of our lives. I will help you find balance physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, as well as helping you identify areas that need changing so you can balance time between rest and stimulation.
Maybe you want to focus on improving stress levels or low self-esteem, self-care, goal setting or you need mentoring. I will help you to find your purpose again, so you can bring more joy and happiness into your life and experience a more successful, healthier, balanced lifestyle.
Most people don’t know where to start when it comes to sorting out what exactly it is they want to change or improve in their lives. Some think it is in one area and then with coaching they realise it’s something completely different. Everyday life can feel, overwhelming at times, you may have lost direction or purpose, you may want to start a new career or business or sort out your finances. You may be recovering from an injury or illness. You may want to manage your time better or just want to try something new and be inspired by life again.
My coaching style plays an important role in the process of mentoring and facilitating a change for you, providing support and encouragement and structure so you are accountable, as we agree together on a commitment and plan which helps to bring direction and a time frame for you to achieve your particular goals.
As your coach I will never tell you what to do, just ask you key questions to help you discover what it is you really want from your life. Together we will create a plan to get you from where you are now to where you want to be, using a variety of coaching methods to support and encourage you on your journey to your new and exciting life.
