How it works

Coaching sessions and programmes can be taken at the ideal pace for the client.  If you are committing to a course of 3 or 6 sessions they can be taken weekly, monthly, or you may wish to attend an Intensive V.I.P session.  All your needs will be discussed with you at your initial consultation.

An initial discovery call to find out what it is you are looking for and what I can offer you and if we are right for each other too.

I will then send you a questionnaire to fill in along with terms and conditions, and our commitment contract; which you can then mail back to me. The questionnaire will help you to reflect within yourself and to focus on your goals and desires.

Our first 1 hour session is usually face to face, but non local clients can  see me via skype/Zoom or telephone at a pre-arranged time, we have agreed. We can then decide at what interval we want to progress with and book your sessions.

Payment is made prior to the coaching sessions or packages beginning, either by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
